Have you ever found an unexplained charge on your rental bill? That happened to me in Boston when I rented a Toyota RAV4 through QEEQ. At pick-up, the counter agent handed me a sheet with codes and directed me to the garage. In the garage, the attendant didn’t explain anything and just pointed to two identical Mazda CX-90s, one black and one white. I chose the black one. Later, the rental agreement I received by email showed a ‘Select and Go Upgrade’ charge. We never discussed or agreed to any upgrade. Even worse, the charge was $7 per day, totaling $49 for the week. Thankfully, I had purchased their Worry-Free Service. After contacting customer service, they quickly stepped in, resolved the issue, and arranged a refund for the unwarranted charge. This experience showed me how reliable and professional their service is.
