What is the worst thing about renting a car? For me, it's getting a vehicle that's not what I booked. I reserved a Kia K5 through QEEQ in Maui, but the car rental company handed me a Kia K4 instead. They claimed both cars were in the same category, but the K4 was obviously smaller and not the standard model I needed. Since this was a business trip, I had higher expectations for the car, and this situation was quite disappointing. The rental company suggested I wait until the next day to swap, but their office was already closed, so I had to settle for the K4 temporarily.
