It started off really badly. I went to pick up the car in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, with my kids, only to be told that the reservation wasn’t paid. They charged me again, and the amount was different. I was super frustrated because I booked and paid through the platform. Later, I contacted customer support, and they said I had Worry-Free Service, which allowed me to claim compensation. They quickly followed up, contacted the car rental company, and confirmed the situation. In the end, they arranged a refund. Though the amount had a slight difference, at least it was resolved. With my kids fussing around, I didn’t have time to argue further. At least the issue got sorted.
