Please proceed to the SIXT rental desk to pick up your car. Important Information: Due to renovation work, our regular SIXT branch is currently temporarily closed. During this period, you will find our interim location just 150 meters away. Once the renovation is complete, we will be back at our usual location to serve you. How to find us: Arrival at Terminal A: After collecting your luggage, you can pick up your vehicle key directly at the SIXT counter in Terminal A. Arrival at Terminal B: After collecting your luggage, please proceed towards Terminal A. Your vehicle key will be handed over at the SIXT counter located there. Arrival at Terminal C: After baggage claim, follow the signs to Terminal A. You will receive your key at the SIXT counter in that terminal.

Green Motion Dusseldorf Airport is located at Heltorfer Str. 21, 40472 Dusseldorf. Upon arrival: If you exit through doors 1, 2, or 3 on the arrivals level, please turn right. If you exit through doors 5 or 6, please turn left. Use the elevator located in front of door 4 to go up to the departure level. Once at the departure level, exit through door 10, located next to the POLICE station. A Green Motion staff member will meet you there and escort you to the rental station, which is just a 5-minute drive away and free of charge. Directions to the car rental location at Düsseldorf Airport (Maritim Hotel): 1. Find the exit: Leave departure level of airport through Exit 13, which is clearly marked and easy to locate. 2. Head towards the Maritim Hotel: After exiting, turn right and follow walkway alongside building. 3. Use the bridge: After a few meters, you’ll see covered bridge on right that leads directly to Maritim Hotel. 4. Follow the signs: Simply follow signs to Maritim Hotel – path is well-marked. 5. Arrive at your destination: At the end of bridge, you will reach entrance to Maritim Hotel, where the car rental desk is located. The entire walk takes just a few minutes and is fully accessible.
