Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: The Budget rental counter is located within Riga Intl Airport, Arrival Sector E. CARS: Vehicles are located in P4 (Car rental parking) 250 m from terminal. RETURNS: Same as above. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of booking. Park the Budget rental car at P4 (Car Rental Parking). Documents and keys should be deposited in the key box return at the rental counter. If a child seat, booster seat or GPS was rented please leave in the car. If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff. There is no charge for this service.

Customers who have provided the rental company with their incoming flight number or phone number will be greeted by a rental agent at the arrival gates. Rental cars will be delivered to customers direct at the Riga International Airport- in car parking "P1". Customers who don't have a flight number can pick up the rental cars from Auto26 office which is located in Riga Airport Business aviation terminal Ziemelu street 22 (5min walk from the main terminal).
