Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Customer should proceed to shuttle which will take them to the car rental facility located at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Tijuana, during normal office hours. Go to the Zona de Bandas to the baggage claims area. Enterprise counter will be on your left. An agent will guide you to the main office. Enterprise rental facility is located outside the main building at the airport. Turn right and go for about 200 meters and the continue left for about 70 meters. Airport Terminal Instructions Cross Border Xpress is an airport terminal in San Diego, California that is connected to the airport in Tijuana, Mexico by a skywalk bridge. Airline passengers arriving at or departing from the Tijuana Intl Airport can use the skywalk bridge to cross the border. AIRLINE PASSENGERS After crossing the skywalk bridge to the U.S. side, proceed to the Avis counter in the Arrival Terminal. Rental cars are parked outside the Arrival Terminal. WALK-UP RENTERS The Cross Border Xpress terminal is located on Otay Pacific Dr which is south of Siempre Viva Rd between Brittania Blvd & La Media Rd. Proceed inside the Arrival Terminal to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked outside the Arrival Terminal.
