After picking up my car in Milan, I encountered a problem during the trip. The car's tire got damaged, so I immediately contacted their customer service. Finally, on September 9, I received 5,492 CNY in compensation, which even included some additional reimbursements. This experience made me realize the importance of insurance and left me very satisfied with their service. From the accident to the claim settlement, the process had its moments of worry, but the final outcome gave me peace of mind. AXA Full Coverage not only helped me recover financially but also gave me a sense of security while traveling abroad.
