During my trip in Vancouver, everything seemed to go smoothly at first. The car was comfortable, and the views were amazing. But a few days before returning the car, I noticed a crack on the window glass. I was really stressed, unsure if this would cost me a lot. I quickly contacted their support and explained the situation. They asked me to provide some photos and related payment proofs. Once I got back to where I was staying, I gathered the documents and sent them over. A few days later, they informed me that the rental company had also provided an invoice confirming the total cost. I felt slightly relieved at that point. After a few more days, they told me the claim was successful, and the CAD 952 would be reimbursed to me. I was so relieved. The process was a bit nerve-wracking, but the outcome left me very satisfied.
