At first, I was really upset. When I arrived in Düsseldorf to pick up my car, the automatic vehicle I had booked was replaced with a manual one. I can't drive manual at all, and I thought my trip was ruined. But I contacted their customer service immediately, and to my surprise, they responded very quickly. Even though the car rental company initially denied the issue, the support team kept following up and managed to secure a refund for the downgrade. A few weeks later, they informed me that the rental company had refunded $239.14. It made me feel taken care of and somewhat compensated for the trouble. Although the process took a while, having such dedicated service really put me at ease.
