Honestly, I was extremely disappointed at the beginning of this car rental experience. On July 28th, I went to pick up my car from Enterprise, only to be told there were no cars available! I was really anxious at that moment, traveling alone with a tight schedule. I had no choice but to rent another car from Europcar, which cost me an extra 187 euros and forced me to change my plans. At that point, I felt like giving up, but then I contacted QEEQ, and their customer service quickly stepped in. At first, I doubted if they could resolve the issue, but they were incredibly patient, listened to my story, and reassured me that they would do their best to secure a refund and compensation for the price difference. Over the next few weeks, they kept communicating with the car rental company and updated me on every progress. Although the process took some time, I could feel that they were putting in their best effort. In the end, they managed to get me a refund of 155.13 euros. While a small portion couldn't be recovered, I was already very satisfied. What touched me even more was how they proactively explained every detail of the refund, making me feel genuinely cared for. Although the experience started off terribly, QEEQ's customer service made me feel valued. I would still choose them for my future rentals.
