You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system (https://pickmeup.eccr.com.au/). To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. The Europcar counter is located on the ground floor of the airport, opposite the domestic baggage collection carousels. Privilege customers can make their way directly to the carpark office by following the car rental signs in the airport.The Privilege board is situated at the pedestrian crossing as you're entering the car rental car park.
