You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. After you have arrived at Adelaide Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 and se1ect #1, then #6 to request our free shuttle service. Our JUCY shuttle bus will meet you at the shuttle bus collection point.To get there, walk out of the terminal and across the plaza to the left past the taxi rank, and wait by the red mail box. The last airport shuttle collection time is 4:30pm weekdays, and 3:30pm on Saturdays for car pick-ups.

Privilege customers can make their way directly to the carpark office by following the car rental signs in the airport.The Privilege board is situated at the pedestrian crossing as you're entering the car rental car park.
