Instructions for Gold Coast Shuttle Bus Service 1. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. 2. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. 3. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. 4. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point.
