After you have collected your luggage and once in the arrivals hall, use the nearest lift to go up to the Departures hall on the third floor (Planta 3), come out of the terminal, cross the road using the zebra crossing and you find a parking area and where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.

Please proceed to the SIXT rental desk to pick up your car. You will receive your rental car at the SIXT branch. After taking your luggage, exit the security area. Follow the rent a car signs and take the moving stairway or elevator one level down (Level P1). Go up through the corridor and turn left at the end of the hall. You will see the SIXT branch on the right-hand side.

On your arrival at Bilbao airport, please proceed to level number 3 (departures), exit the terminal building and you will find the Drivalia bus, which will be clearly identified with our logo. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon. Our uniformed driver will take you the short journey of approximately 5 minutes to our Drivalia Mobility Store to collect your car.
