Once you have passed through the baggage claim area, head to exit number 4 in the arrivals terminal (ground floor). Once outside, head straight towards the next building, following the Parking (P) and ‘CAR RENTAL’ signs. Once inside the building, you will see some escalators and lifts, which you should take to the 2nd floor. Once at the 2nd floor, you will see the entrance to the car park, where you will find our office.

Once you have collected your luggage, exit the terminal building. Directly in front of you is the car park building. Walk toward it, and just before reaching it, on your right, you will find an area designated for minibus parking. The yellow Centauro Rent a Car shuttle arrives every 10–15 minutes.

Upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport, exit the baggage collection area into the Arrivals Hall. 1. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the 2nd floor. 2. Exit the terminal at the arrivals level, between gates B and C. 3. Walk under the bridge using the moving walkways, heading toward the parking building. 4. Cross two pedestrian crossings: the first with a traffic light, the second with pedestrian signs only. 5. Turn left and continue along the pedestrian path. 6. At the end, follow the black-painted pedestrian lane marked “Otros VTC” toward the parking building. 7. Continue until you find a red door labeled “Abonados G”. 8. Go through the door and walk a few more meters to reach the pick-up point. Our DRIVALIA shuttle will arrive shortly.

Cross the first pedestrian crossing with a traffic light, then turn left. 4. Walk 50 meters along the sidewalk to the next zebra crossing, where a black pedestrian path marked "Other VTC" begins. 5. Follow the path into the Parking building and continue until you see a red door with the sign "Abonats G." 6. When you are at the flight arrival area, you have to take the elevator up to the first floor, and just cross the street, the bus will be waiting for you on the right hand side (leaving the building). Once you exit the baggage claim area (1), without leaving the terminal building, turn left and go to the end of the hall (2).You’ll find our office on your left.In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement (3).Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal (1) and cross the walkway towards the parking building opposite the terminal (2).Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria (3).Go up to floor 1.Access the interior of the car park through the door on the right (4).Once inside, turn left and you’ll find the Record go pick-up office.
