Things you must do before picking up your car: 1. Please contact your WaHero (assigned staff) approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled vehicle pick-up. Kindly prepare and present your valid driver’s license and identification card/passport to your WaHero for verification purposes. For your safety and convenience, the vehicle can only be collected by the driver listed in the Checkout Slip. 3. Don’t forget to bring your Checkout Slip. You may save it on your phone or show a screenshot to the staff during vehicle collection. This will help speed up the handover process. 4. Before driving, you will be asked to complete and sign the electronic inspection form. This is to ensure the vehicle’s condition is reviewed together, including noting any existing scratches or dents.
