To ensure a smooth pickup process, please prepare the following documents: 1. Original Driver's License/International Driving Permit (original) 2. Original Driver's License/International Driver's License translation (if you do not have an Australian Driver's License) 3. Passport (original) 4. VISA/MASTER international credit card (original) If you need to pick up or drop off your car outside of business hours, please contact the store 24 hours in advance. Please note that an additional fee of AUD 100 will be charged for this service. Upon arrival at the airport: 1. Please contact us immediately after your flight lands at +61411816810. 2. After collecting your checked baggage, please proceed to the public pick-up area located underneath the Royalpark Hotel. The shuttle bus pick-up point is situated in front of Hertz Car Rental (Ring&Ride is 2C). 3. Please wait at the pick-up area for 10-15 minutes. Our shuttle bus will transport you to our shop.
