1. Upon arrival at Hawkes Bay Airport, phone our toll free number 0800 93 95 97 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up. 2. Exit the terminal wait by the roadside for our large white shuttle van with Apex Car Rentals branding on the side. 3. When the shuttle van arrives, our driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer. 4. Please tell the driver your name and show him your confirmation (if required). 5. Our location is five minutes drive from the airport terminal.
