Complimentary airport transfers: After your order is confirmed, we will send you an email inviting you to add us on social media (Whatsapp, LINE, WeChat). Once your plane lands and you have collected your luggage, please contact our staff via the same social media platforms for airport pickup. It will take approximately 15 minutes for our staff to reach you after receiving your message. Please note: Our normal business hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. If you change your car pickup or return time outside of these hours, additional charges will apply. For pricing details, please refer to the platform's price announcement. We will also share pricing information in the group once it is created.

  It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
