Pick-up Instructions at Nagoya Station: To collect your vehicle, go towards the Shinkansen Taikaku-dori Exit at Nagoya Station and walk about 250 meters west. Look for the E-DRIVE exclusive stop sign across from Heiwa-en Chinese Restaurant at parking space 6 to find the pick-up and drop-off point. Our team will have your vehicle ready at the Nagoya Station Pick-up Service Point 10 minutes prior to the agreed pick-up time. Address: 2-chōme-6-14 Noritake, Nakamura Ward, Nagoya, Aichi 453-0014, Japan A route map to this location will be emailed to you one day before your reservation, so please check your email. We will also contact you via social messaging apps like WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat. If you need to modify your pick-up time, please reach out to us via email, social messaging apps, or phone. Please note: The vehicle will be held for only one hour from the agreed pick-up time. Failure to collect the vehicle on time will result in a waiting fee as per platform regulations.

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
