Meeting Point: Outside Exit H on the 4th floor of Terminal 1 (T1). After you collect your luggage, please contact our staff immediately. They will be waiting for you at the meeting point and will shuttle you to our store. Note: Vehicle pick-up and return both occur at our store, which offers a free shuttle service. Take the elevator to the Departure Level on the 4th floor of Terminal 1 (T1), Exit H, then cross the road to reach the shuttle pick-up point. The ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Our store has a rest area and will assist you with the pick-up process.
