Return Procedure When returning the vehicle, please follow these steps: 1. Please refill the fuel tank to full, matching the level when you first received the car. 2. Recheck the vehicle’s condition to ensure there are no new scratches, dents, or damages. If any are found, kindly inform your assigned WaHero (staff in charge). Please avoid making any cash payments for damages and proceed to sign the electronic inspection form. 3. Make sure all personal belongings have been removed before returning the vehicle. We are not responsible for any items left behind after the return process.
