If you arrive at Hakata Station by train or subway, please go to the Chikushi Exit. Train passengers should exit through the train gate and head to the Chikushi Exit; subway passengers should exit through the subway gate and proceed to the Chikushi Exit. After reaching the Chikushi Exit, turn right, and you will find the general vehicle boarding and alighting area. We will be waiting for you there. The pick-up time is between 55 minutes and 60 minutes past each hour. Please arrive at the designated location within this timeframe.

Hongkong Driving License + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
Taiwan Driving License + Japan Translation Version
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
Only A6-sized 1949 IDP is supported for picking up the car.
