Free airport pick-up and drop-off service. After your order is confirmed, we will send you an email inviting you to add us on social media (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat). When your plane lands, please contact our staff via social media after collecting your luggage. It will take approximately 15 minutes for our staff to reach you after receiving your message. Please ensure to check your email 5 days prior to the pick-up date. Note: Our regular business hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. If you change the pick-up or drop-off time outside of these hours, additional charges will apply. Pricing details will be provided once the group is created.

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!
