The store is located outside the airport. Please take the shuttle bus to get there. Upon arrival at Terminal 1 (T1), contact the staff and proceed to [4F Central Exit C1] on the 4th floor, then exit through this door. After exiting the terminal, cross the street to reach the pick-up point where a staff member will be waiting to take you to your car. Upon arrival at Terminal 2 (T2), leave the terminal by going straight through [1F North Exit 2]. After leaving the terminal, cross two roads to reach the general vehicle pick-up area where a staff member will be waiting for you. Upon arrival at Terminal 3 (T3), take the free airport shuttle bus to Terminal 2 for pickup. Turn left towards [1F North Exit 1], follow signs for [To Terminal 2], and go straight out of the terminal. After exiting from North Exit 1, you will arrive at the [To Terminal 2] bus pickup point.

  For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
