If you're at the international terminal, go to Gate A3 on the arrival floor (first floor), cross the road, and wait at Stop 14 (marked "14 ???"). If you're at the domestic terminal, take the airport shuttle to the international terminal and head to Stop 14. Our shuttle will arrive about 15 minutes after your call. For international renters, please bring your domestic driver’s license along with an International Driving Permit (in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention). Taiwan Driving License + Japan Translation Version
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
Original Swiss Driving Licence + Japan Translation Version
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
Original driving licence + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
1. A valid passport is needed for an international driver. 2. All drivers will need to provide a valid driving license in their name： · Please provide Japanese driver's license if you are Japanese residents. · Please provide Passport & driver's licens
