Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, please call us on +34 639 627 512 or +1 321 209-9017 so that we can send a transfer service to collect you. After leaving the baggage claim area, take the escalator on the right or left to go up to the departures level. Once on the departures level, leave the terminal building and walk to the end of the taxi rank until you see a small white booth. The transfer service will collect you right in front of this booth, in the row of cars furthest from the terminal building (VIP parking area). The transfer service will then take you to our facilities at the INNSiDE Barcelona Airport Hotel.
