Pick-up Instructions – Terminal 1 (BCN) Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to exit the terminal, please call us at +34 638 534 182 or +1 321 209-9017 so we can dispatch the shuttle to pick you up. After exiting the baggage claim area, take either the right or left escalator up to the Departures level. Once you reach Departures, exit the terminal building and walk to the very end of the taxi line until you see a small white booth. The shuttle will pick you up directly in front of this booth, in the row of cars farthest from the terminal building (VIP Parking area). The shuttle will then take you to our facilities at the Hotel INNSiDE Barcelona Aeropuerto.
