Our rental office is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from the airport, and complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all confirmed reservations. KLIA Airport Vehicle Pick-Up Instructions Kindly refer to the appropriate arrival terminal instructions below. 1. Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed to KLIA1 - Arrival Hall located on Level 3 or KLIA2 - Arrival Hall located on Level 2. 2. If at KLIA1, exit through Gate 6 and walk towards Door 6; if at KLIA2, exit through Gate 3 located at the front-left side of the arrival area. 3. Kindly proceed to the outermost lane near Pillar 12, where our representative will be waiting to assist you. 4.
