Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Inside airport terminal at center concourse of Tulsa Intl Airport. Same level as departing passengers. CARS: Cars are within walking distance. Proceed outside & take the stairs or elevator down to the garage. RETURNS: Follow signs for rental car return. Park in any Budget space, return keys & contract to rental counter for check-in. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. The key drop box is located in the garage level right next to the booth. A drop box is also at the counter inside the terminal. The counter is open until 1 am, so the customer can get checked in there as long as the fuel, mileage and contract information is given. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

  An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
