Guests must call our office and request a shuttle pickup. Walk out of the northern arrival gate of the domestic flight terminal and the rental car shuttle stop will be right ahead. Please wait there for our shuttle. * The shuttle will take about 10 mins. If you are closer to the southern arrival gate of the domestic flight terminal, it will be a long walk to the shuttle stop. Instead, guests can directly come to the office.There is also an entrance to the subway outside of the southern arrival gate of the domestic flight terminal. You can cross the street via the underground passage of the municipal subway. Use Exit #4 (an escalator) or Exit #5 (an elevator) from the subway, and our store will be on the left.

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
If you use an IDP issued in the Philippines to pick up a rental car, you must also bring your Philippine passport and Philippine driver's license.
