Please ensure that you are at the airport & have cleared customs & security before requesting the shuttle. Our Queenstown Airport Shuttle arrives at the Rental Car Transfer Area. Exit the airport by the Jetstar check in area. Once outside, please stand next to the blue lockers and free phone - the shuttle will arrive here once requested. Our shuttle is available on demand - there's no need to arrange your shuttle prior with us to your arrival at the airport. Please allow 15 minutes for your shuttle to arrive. Please note: due to traffic in Queenstown, please allow up to 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when ordering between 3:30pm - 5:30pm. After-hours collection and drop-off are not available in this location.
