If you plan to pick up your car outside of our business hours, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Further guidance will be provided，and extra fee may apply ------------------------- Arriving at the airport 1. Please contact us immediately after your flight lands. +61411816810 2. After collecting your checked baggage, please find the public pick-up area (underneath the Royalpark Hotel). The pick-up point for the shuttle bus is right in front of Hertz Car Rental. (Ring&Ride is 2E) 3. Wait here for 10-15 minutes. Our shuttle bus will take you to our shop to complete the car rental process.
