Outside of these hours please follow the car rental signs, to the car rental car park, situated opposite the Hampton by Hilton hotel. Local renter: Follow A38 south for 8 miles-Airport is on the right. From the M5 Jn 22- follow A38 for 12 miles and airport will be on the left. Preferred service: Follow the car rental signs to the car rental car park, situated opposite the Hampton by Hilton hotel, to collect your keys and paperwork. Out of hours: Park vehicles in car returns and place keys in keybox located on the front of the cabin.

At the main airport roundabout, turn left and continue for another 100 metres until you see the rental station on your right, next to the Forge Motel. A shuttle service is also available every 20 minutes - just follow the signs to the Pick Up and Drop Off area outside the terminal.
