Outside of these hours please follow the car rental signs, to the car rental car park, situated opposite the Hampton by Hilton hotel. Local renter: Follow A38 south for 8 miles-Airport is on the right. From the M5 Jn 22- follow A38 for 12 miles and airport will be on the left. Preferred service: Follow the car rental signs to the car rental car park, situated opposite the Hampton by Hilton hotel, to collect your keys and paperwork. Out of hours: Park vehicles in car returns and place keys in keybox located on the front of the cabin.

The bus service will travel to and from the Car Rental Village every 10/15 minutes. The bus will have a sign for Car rental and Waiting zone. On arrival at the Car rental Village please proceed to the car rental car park to the right of the bus stop where you will find the Alamo, Enterprise and National office. Please be aware we no longer share a service with Silver-zone parking.

As part of our commitment to net zero we would encourage customers, where possible, to make the short walk to our office. Exit the airport and turn right, continue 300 yards and go straight over the first roundabout. At the second roundabout, turn left. The office is located 100 yards on the right, next to Forge Motel.
