London Gatwick is a multi-terminal location (North Terminal and South Terminal). Vehicle pick-up is available at LONDON GATWICK SOUTH TERMINAL. Upon arrival, we can be located in the Car Rental Center outside the Terminal building on Level 0. Please follow the signs for Car Rental. If you’re arriving in the North Terminal, please take the free airport Monorail service (located outside the departures area on Level 1). On arrival at the South Terminal follow the Exit Signs and proceed to Level 0, then follow signs for Car Rental. Airports only： 1. If your car pickup is scheduled between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM (local time), a return flight ticket is required for vehicle collection. 2. Debit cards are accepted at the time of rental with a round trip plane ticket or flight itinerary. Only credit cards issued by either Visa, Mastercard or American Express will be accepted. The credit card presented must be in the renter’s name. 3. Debit cards are not accepted from local customers. Local renters must present a valid credit card in the renters name.

On leaving the Arrivals hall, keep walking straight ahead and follow the yellow signs at the exit doors to Car Rental. At the end of the walkway take the elevator or walk down the ramps to the ground floor. Turn right out of the building and keep walking for approx. 1 minute until you reach the Car Rental building on the right. Airline passenger arriving at North terminal: Take Monorail shuttle located next to train station to the South terminal. Runs 24hrs a day, and takes about 10 minutes to reach Avis/Budget desk. Local renter: M23 Gatwick airport (junction 9), then follow signs for South Terminal Preferred service: Must go to desk in terminal building to collect keys and paperwork. Out of hours: Park vehicle as close to Avis/Budget cabin as possible and leave keys in keybox located in the main car rental building located on the Avis wall

The Hertz Gatwick Airport car rental desk is conveniently located in both the North and South terminals inside the airport. In the South Terminal, head from Arrivals and follow the signs to Car Rental. Take the lift to Level 0, where you’ll see the pickup desks on the right-hand side. In the North Terminal, head from Arrivals and follow signs to Car Rental and Jubilee House on the lower forecourt. The pickup desk is a short walk past Jubilee House on the right-hand side. Gatwick Airport also offers a free inter-terminal shuttle service. This service runs every few minutes, with a journey time of just two minutes. Accessibility services are also available to those with additional requirements or limited mobility. If you need assistance at the airport, book via your airline or travel agent before your trip.

For those arriving into the North Terminal, there’s a free 24-hour shuttle service available. Located next to the South Terminal train station, it’ll get you to the Avis counter in 10 minutes. Travel to London Victoria in only 30 minutes via Gatwick Express or take a direct train to Brighton. Arriving at Gatwick Airport by bus: Most services operate from the lower South Terminal forecourt.
