Arriving at Manchester Airport by bus. As you arrive at the bus station you will be side by side to the Train station, so please walk through from the Bus station and we will collect you from the pick-up point at the train station.

LOCAL RENTER: Follow signs to Car Rental Village if driving in from M56. PREFERRED SERVICE: Go straight to car park to collect vehicle. OUT OF HOURS: Park in Avis bay and leave the keys inside drop box outside the Preferred cabin in the carpark.

The rental agent will ask for your name, confirm the terminal you have arrived at and give you instructions on where to meet the dedicated Arnold Clark shuttle bus. Please do not use the car rental village shuttle bus as we provide our own dedicated service and are not situated in the village. We are however situated less than half a mile from the car rental village and our journey time from the terminal should take no longer than five minutes.

Upon arrival to Manchester Airport (Flight Only), please call 0161 488 3000 once you have collected your luggage to request the on-demand shuttle service. We will advise you on where you are to be collected and transferred to the ACE RENT A CAR office which is 5 minutes away. If you need to contact the location, please email acemanchesterairport@gmail.com or call +44-161-488-3000. On return of your vehicle, please RETURN TO THE OFFICE. The branch will take you back to the airport. Please allow an extra 10 minutes in case of busy periods. Shuttle is available 09:00 to 17:00. Manchester’s Airport - Shuttle Information – Collecting your car: Dedicated car rental buses supplied by Manchester Airport depart from each terminal approx every 5 to 10 minutes to take customers to the Car Rental Village (Ring Way Road Manchester Airport M22 5WH) This service is free of charge. The transfer on the courtesy bus from the terminal to the car rental village will take approx ten minutes. Please note that the buses are branded with our logo and have ‘’Car Rental’’ written on them.

Catch the Delta Hotels shuttle bus from the terminal to our location. You must show your Hertz booking confirmation to the shuttle bus driver to avoid being charged to use the shuttle service: Terminal 1: Exit the Arrivals Hall and head towards the black cab rank. As you approach the black cab rank, you will see the hotel shuttle bus stops. Wait at BUS STOP D. Terminal 2: Exit the Arrivals Hall, turn right and follow the path to BUS STOP G. Terminal 3: Exit the terminal through the main doors on to the forecourt, turn right and head towards the hotel bus stops. Wait at BUS STOP D.

Manchester airport provides a free courtesy bus service which runs approximately every 10 minutes from the airport terminal to the car hire village. IMPORTANT - On arrival at the Europcar desk be sure to take a TICKET from the ticket machine & watch the screens for your ticket number to be called.
