TERMINAL A (all other airlines): Follow signs for the Rental Car Shuttle on the ground level. Exit on the departures side of the terminal & locate the rental car shuttle stop. If you need to claim luggage, continue across the street into the baggage claim area and then return to the shuttle stop. The common rental car shuttle will arrive & take you to the rental car center. CARS: Located outside of the car rental facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available.

Upon arrival to the rental car facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter located on the 1st floor and obtain your rental agreement. After you have received you rental agreement, proceed to the elevators and go to the 6th floor of the rental car facility, where the Alamo vehicle pick up is located. You will be met by an Alamo representative who will direct you to your vehicle.
