Gold customers and customers arriving by flight: please board the shuttle bus at the designated pickup point to the consolidated Rental Car Facility (7-10 minutes ride) and take the escalator to level 3. Two passenger pick-up areas are located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.
