Board the tram across from baggage claim to the rental car facility which is about 1/2 mile away. The tram ride will take about 4 minutes. Exit the tram & proceed to the Budget counter. CARS: Located at the rental car facility. RETURNS: Return the vehicle to the rental car facility. Customer will take the tram back to the terminal. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not allowed.

Follow the signs at the Car Rental Center reach the rental counter to complete your pickup documents, then proceed to the lower level using the elevator to collect your vehicle.

After your luggage is in your possession, proceed outside of baggage claim to the sidewalk in front of the terminal. DO NOT cross over to the tram, or middle median; we are located off airport property. Turn right on the sidewalk and walk to the end of the terminal, The Blue and White "Ride Share" Sign is located. Behind the "Ride Share" Sign. There is a plexiglass-enclosed waiting area. Call (808) 707-7029 from the enclosed area and we will send a shuttle to meet you. Mahalo!
