Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Located across from baggage claim area. CARS: Located directly in front of the terminal. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed RA jacket/contract & the keys in the key drop box at the Avis/Budget counter inside the terminal. The terminal is locked about 10PM. If terminal is locked, the customer should locate the guard at the guard shack and give the keys and contract to him.

All renters go to baggage claim. AIRLINE PASSENGERS Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Rental cars are parked outside the baggage claim area. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". They will lead to the baggage claim area entrance. Proceed inside to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked outside the baggage claim area.
