Please contact us immediately after collecting your luggage. For domestic flights: At Haneda Terminal 1, please go to the Exit of the Arrival Lobby on the 1st floor. At Haneda Terminal 2, please go to the Drop-off Area in front of the Arrival Lobby on the 1st floor. For international flights: At Haneda Terminal 3, please go to the Arrival Area in front of the Arrival Lobby on the 1st floor. Our staff will be waiting near the designated area and will take you to our store by shuttle. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. For the services of dedicated personnel picking up the vehicle at the door and dedicated personnel delivering the vehicle at the door, the fees need to be paid at the store. Both services are charged at 7000 JPY per time. After placing an order, you need to contact the store to inform them of the service. The service scope shall be subject to the notice from the store.

Hongkong Driving License in China + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
