Queenstown: When you are ready to pick up the car, please call our service hotline at 0800 660 600 (within New Zealand) or +6496006660 (international). We highly recommend adding our customer service WeChat ID: arentalsnz. We provide airport shuttle services. Free airport shuttle hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:30-17:30. If you arrive at the pick-up point outside of the free shuttle hours, from 17:31 to 8:29 the next day, a service fee of 65 New Zealand dollars will be charged (this fee includes additional shuttle services). International/Domestic Terminals: After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Transfers area to wait for pick-up; The Transfer area is located at the far left corner facing the terminal, outside the check-in counter. (You can find the Transfers area according to the airport guide.) Important notes: If you hold a non-English driver's license, you must provide a valid English translation document provided by a translation agency recognized by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA). Depending on your insurance type, we will pre-authorize a deposit of 100 to 1000 New Zealand dollars on the primary driver's credit card (VISA or Mastercard only).
