Please anticipate a 10-15 minute wait for pickup, as our depot is approximately 5 minutes from the airport. Please be advised that this shuttle service operates exclusively during Snap's business hours, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pick-Up Locations: International Terminal: As illustrated in the image provided, exit through Door 8 and proceed straight across the pedestrian crossing. Look for the 'Transport Pick Up Zone' signs, where our shuttle will meet you. A covered walkway, clearly marked, starts directly opposite the international arrivals area to guide you. Domestic Terminal: Refer to the provided image. Proceed to Door 9 of the Domestic Terminal (outside Jetstar). Cross the pedestrian crossing and wait at the furthest bus shelter. Your shuttle will arrive at this location upon request.
