Pick Up Instructions Between 07:00am - 10:00pm When you arrive at the airport, please visit our Shuttle Requests page (www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup) From here you will be able to order your free airport shuttle. Please allow 10-15 minutes for pick up - our depot is located approx. 5 minutes from the airport. Please note this service is only availabe during Snap's business hours - 07:00am to 10:00pm. Instructions for after hours pick ups are included later in this email. Pick Up Locations International Terminal - Exit door 5 and walk straight across the pedestrian crossing. You will then see signs for 'Transport Pick Up Zone' where our shuttle will arrive.  The covered walkway begins directly opposite international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you. Domestic Terminal - Please make your way to Door 9 of the Domestic Terminal (outside Jetstar). Walk across pedestrian crossing and wait in the very last bus shelter. The shuttle will arrive here once requested. Keep an eye out of the blue & white Snap Shuttle! Other Shuttle Request Options Text - Please txt Auckland Domestic OR Auckland International and your name to 4989. e.g. "Auckland International Joe Bloggs" Phone - Please call 0800 288 699 or +64 9 275 2438 and we will collect you After Hours Pick Up Information (10.01pm - 6:59am) If you are collecting your Snap Rentals vehicle after our business hours of between 7:00am and 10:00pm - you will need to contact our After Hours Pick Up team. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation please contact us and we can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Auckland Airport you will need to contact Aeroparks on 0800 237 672 (+64 9 257 2724).  We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at our after hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card. Domestic Terminal: (10:01pm - 6:59am): Exit Door 9 of the Domestic terminal (outside Jetstar) and walk straight across the pedestrian crossing and wait in the very last shelter. Once there, please call 0800 237 672 (+64 274 144 712) to arrange a shuttle to our after hours provider, Aeroparks 36 Richard Pearse, Mangere , Auckland. International Terminal: (10:01pm - 6:59am):   Exit door 5, walk straight across the crossing. You will then see signs for  the "Transport Pick Up Zone" (this is well sign posted) - follow the signs to the Pick Up Zone before calling 0800 237 672 (+64 274 144 712) to arrange a shuttle to our after hours provider, Aeroparks 36 Richard Pearse Drive, Mangere, Auckland.
